You Can Rate It!
ISP Rating Calculator
Now you can rate the ISPs.
Don't let all of the buttons and boxes in the table below intimidate you. The calculator is designed so that you only have to change the features and options that you are interested in.
Instructions:
- Pick a monthly cost
- Select the features that you want in the Drop Down List boes next to the submit button. If you don't care whether or not you have the feature, leave it alone.
- Select one or more Promotions that you are interested in - None if it doesn't matter if a promotion is offered.
- In the Email Accounts column there is are two buttons, one for Web + POP and one for Web. Leave Web + POP selected if you want to read your email using a email reader like Outlook, Outlook Express, MS Mail, Eudora, Thunderbird or one of the many email programs out there.
- Select one or more restrictions in the TOS and Privacy column that you want.
- If a feature is less important to you, you can reduce it's weighted score by picking a number from 1 to 10. The default value is 10.
- Press submit.
- Your rating will be displayed in the column furthest to the right.
- Press the Reset button if you want to reset all of the Weight values to their default setting of 10.
- You can change one or more values and press the submit button again to recalculate your rating.
