With over 32 million dial-up customers, finding the right dial-up service is still important to many Americans. I will compare eleven major discount dial-up ISP's available in the U.S. While broadband users may not benefit from this comparison, I also discuss the issues that all Internet users should consider and plan for before you decide to pull the plug on your current service and switch to a new one.
